In 2007, during deep meditative stillness at Bhakti Fest in California, spiritual visionary Nandhiji received a powerful inner message — a call for humanity to rise beyond violence, division, and digital disconnection. The answer revealed itself as the Declaration of Consciousness Movement (DoCM) — a sacred framework of 9 principles designed to bring peace, dignity, unity, and ethical awakening into every layer of society.

That seed would evolve into CNESS — a digital sanctuary for conscious living,
ethical leadership, and soul-aligned progress.
